This is a typical looking German sporting rifle with some really neat features. The
gun is chambered in 8X57, has a ½ round barrel with a raised matted rib.
There is a folding sight on the barrel with two leaves. The front sight has two
beads, one very shinny for low light conditions, you push the bead and one goes
down, the other one goes up. The peep sight is also very neat in that it is
spring mounted so when you remove the bolt, the sight swings away and then springs
back into position. The gun has double set triggers, and the Manlicher magazine
is in the white. The bore is bright shinny and no pitting. The wood is OK, with
some minor repairs around the butt plate, but sound with no wrist cracks or
